Marc Morin

Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Spectra Aerospace & Defense

Marc Morin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Spectra Aerospace & Defense. Marc brings significant experience in building accounting, finance, and FP&A functions in multi-site companies to his CFO role at Spectra. Throughout his career, he has built critical infrastructure in high-growth companies, implementing multiple ERP systems, integrating acquisitions, and instilling operational excellence and best practices throughout an organization.

Marc has over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive in both public and private companies. He has held various leadership roles focused on the manufacturing and technology sectors, most recently as the CFO of VERO Biotech, LLC, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on pulmonary and cardiac diseases. Previous experience includes Brookhaven Medical, EndoChoice Holdings, Case-Mate, and KPMG.

Marc earned an MBA from Emory University, a master’s of accounting degree from Georgia State University, and a bachelor’s of accounting degree from St. Michael’s College. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
